If you are paying by credit card, the form may be faxed to 03 5962 2194 or mailed to P.O. Box 98, Yarra Glen 3775. E-mailing of credit card details is not recommended. If paying by cheque, you can mail the completed form and full payment to the postal address above.

Shipping

Please add $10 per case for deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney Metro, or $15 per case for deliveries to Brisbane, Canberra or Adelaide Metro. For freight to other destinations, please email info@metierwines.com.au before sending your order.
