“Métier”, a French word meaning craft, trade or profession, encapsulates my vision of the art and craft of winemaking. In each Métier wine, I aim to combine the attributes of a distinguished vineyard site, advanced winemaking facilities, and an insightful combination of winemaking technology and technique. The resulting wines are classically styled, finely structured, and rich with character and individuality.

Métier wines are available primarily in restaurants and fine-wine retailers in the major Australian city markets.

My wines can also be purchased directly by Australian customers, and mailing-list enquiries are welcome – please refer to the “Order Métier” page on this website.
