“Métier”, a French word interpreted to mean craft, trade or profession, encapsulates my vision of the art and craft of winemaking. In each Métier wine, I hope to combine the attributes of a distinguished vineyard site, an advanced winemaking facility, and an insightful combination of winemaking technology and technique. The resulting wines are classically styled, usually finely structured, and rich with character and individuality.

Métier wines are available primarily in restaurants and fine-wine retailers in the major Australian city markets, as well as Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands and Hong Kong. There are plans to export to Japan in the near future; details will be posted on this website as arrangements are finalised.

Direct sales to Australian customers are increasing and mailing-list enquiries are welcome – please refer to the “Order Métier” page on this website.
